I specialise in sports therapy, manual therapy and support systems for elite sport.
In my work I combine many years of personal experience as an elite athlete with modern therapy methods to help athletes and active people prevent injuries, recover from them and reach their best physical shape.
I have broad experience working with Estonia's best middle-distance runners, biathletes and top ball-sport athletes.
